 Key Experience: 
  • Experience in talent development and talent management.
  • Program management of core performance and development programs.

  • Partners and collaborates with leadership development lead and practitioners to ensure a cohesive and integrated talent strategy.

  • Look for opportunities to continuously improve current process as well as build a model that will be able to sufficiently support change to future state process. 

  • Operate under direction from Sr. Director, Talent and Talent Executive Team. 

  • Contributes to the design, development and implementation of enterprise-wide leadership development training and education.

  • Ability to continuously spot problem areas, and act to improve systems and processes as appropriate.

  • Strong work ethic, and willingness to work in a fast-paced, demanding and energetic environment.

  • Ability to think/reason analytically.

Talent Development:

  • Needs’ assessments

  • Instructional design

  • Manage program implementation

  • Research select and mange vendors/partners

  • Training facilitation

  • Partner with HR Leaders

  • Manage program requirements and logistics

  • Create communications

  • Develop reinforcement plans

  • Stay current on talent trends

Talent Management:

  • Assist HCM team in talent processes including goal setting, Career Conversations, performance assessment, diversity and inclusion, compensation planning, talent management, etc.

  • Coach and counsel managers through key business and people decisions including performance issues.

  • Manage data and reporting for programs; Track metrics and KPIs for programs.  Analyze trends to develop solutions, programs and policies.

Required Skills: 

  • 10+ years’ experience in Talent Development (including LMS design/management)
  • Understand adult learning principles and instructional design
  • 5 years’ experience talent management programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office 
  • Travel Required <20%
