As a Sales Development Representative with MCG you’ll represent a suite of products that are well liked and well respected by users. You’ll be part of a top performing team that’s both collaborative and competitive, and you’ll have the tools and support necessary to achieve your goals.


You’ll work in partnership with our Regional Sales Managers to nurture leads, set appointments and build an effective strategy for your territory strategy. We’re looking for people who are adept at building relationships over the phone, enjoy friendly competition with a team, and are comfortable using CRM to document and share activities.


In this role you will:

  • Research prospect accounts in the payer and provider space and build relationships with key contacts 
  • Develop understanding of MCG software and content solutions, value proposition and the market place assess the need, fit and opportunity and move sales forward
  • Partner with Outside Sales Managers by sharing information, delivering on commitments and work together to develop the territory strategy
  • Support the inside sales team by meeting your activity and sales goals and fostering an encouraging and competitive culture
  • Work with Inside Sales Director to formulate prospecting strategy, customize sales scripts, and additional training
  • Maintain positive, collaborative, and constructive attitude


We'd love to hear from you if:

  • You're a high achieving, customer and detail oriented inside sales professional, preferably with experience in the healthcare space
  • You have a proven ability to identify key contacts and ask key questions to assess and advance opportunities
  • You are comfortable using CRM for documenting day to day activities, preferably Salesforce
  • You're able to interact and effectively communicate with people from diverse backgrounds, highlighting partnership and problem solving
  • You understand and practice the principles of effective teamwork and friendly competition
  • You're passionate about helping others and, ideally, making a difference healthcare
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing or advertising
