 MCG’s Executive Admin team members are the mysterious force that keeps our organization on track, on time and on budget. Theirs is a key partnership for our Executive team helping them to prioritize engagements, gather information for presentations and reports, and maintain collaborative relationships with other business units. We’re looking for an experienced EA to join our team and help support a key business unit. In this role you’ll support a member of our Executive Team and develop and understand their business, schedule and priorities. You’ll be responsible for managing their calendar and travel so a natural ability to manage details is important, as well as an ability positively manage change. Our ideal candidate has supported a business leader in a dynamic EA role and has the experience to understand the kind of partnership necessary to be successful. You’re detail oriented, up for a challenge and love proving yourself and building trust in a supportive function. 


  • Act as department facilitator by serving as a representative of leadership and assisting department with administrative needs
  • Heavy calendar management across time zones in a changing, dynamic environment including complex travel arrangements, itineraries, agendas and documents for travel-related meetings
  • Preparing presentations including ideation, research, draft refinement and polishing final pieces with expert PowerPoint skills
  • Planning meetings and events for the business unit including site selection, contract negotiation, event logistics, and on-site event support  
  • Preparing and reviewing reports, meeting minutes, and summarizing documents as requested
  • Using good judgement in handling highly sensitive, confidential, and time-sensitive information
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
  • This position will require occasional business travel

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of administrative experience supporting the executive level in a corporate environment 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly complex calendar management in Outlook and strong formatting knowledge in PowerPoint 
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management competencies, including the ability to develop strong working relationships with staff and senior leadership
  • High sense of urgency; works efficiently and accurately; able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Comfortable initiating projects, reports, or other actions that facilitate production of professional and accurate information and management of the work necessary to accomplish department assignments
  • Professional level written and verbal communication skills
  • Work independently under limited supervision within a team environment
  • Associates Degree and/or Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
