Care first provides the Employee Assistance Programme at Hearst UK. They are a market leading provider and offer a confidential service and impartial advice. Our employees have access to a 24-hour telephone support and personal assistance service, 365 days a year.

In recognition of the hard work and efforts of our people, the company offers 'Summer Working Hours' between the months of July and August (subject to managerial approval).
Parents or legal guardians of children up to the age of 15 (or 16 if the child has a disability), can exchange part of their salary for childcare vouchers, which can be used for everything from playgroups to nannies and more.
If you are unable to work or incapacitated, you could continue to receive 50% of your salary for up to five years (dependent on acceptance from our insurer, Aviva).
