The impact you’ll have

As an iCrossing Project Manager, you will be the glue that holds our different teams together.  For this role, you will be primarily leading digital media engagements working with paid search, paid social and programmatic teams.    Understanding how digital media teams work along with creative teams will be key in successful delivery of multiple campaigns.  By working with the analytics team, you will be able to deliver important information to the client regarding the success of campaigns. 

 
What you’ll do
  • Develop and facilitate project schedules for paid social, SEO and digital media campaigns
  • Lead regular internal status meetings and participate in client status calls and reviews
  • Work closely with our ECD and creatives to ensure that they have the information that they need to produce top quality work
  • Work closely with project leadership on resource leveling and scheduling and use project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project and SmartSheets
  • Work with our analytics team so that reports are pulled and delivered according to the schedule
  • Work with media and finance to insure proper media billings and invoicing
 
Who you are
  • You will have at least 2-3 years managing digital projects preferably in an agency environment
  • You will know how to speak the language of Creatives while managing to a structured timeline.  You may have played around in the Adobe Creative Suite of tools.
  • You will have exposure to billing for media and reconciling invoices.
  • You have overseen engagements with teams specializing in SEO, Paid Social and Paid Search
  • You will have had exposure to formal project methodologies and are looking forward to honing your operational skills. 
  • You have experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence and MS Project
  • You thrive under deadlines and juggling multiple priorities and have had experience on delivering online campaigns
  • You have some experience putting together change orders, producing burn reports and tracking project expenses
