You will create a trusting and loyal relationship with existing Licensees at multiple levels, leading the charge on growth opportunities, leading business and contract reviews and ensuring the highest day to day operational standards in client servicing. 
You will work closely with the Editor-in-Chiefs and Style Directors on new product development within existing partnerships and on the execution of the editorial, marketing and media plans to deliver the brand value.  You will create opportunities with Licensees to grow the ranges and add new brands to the portfolio across UK and international brands in collaboration with the international team.  

You will be responsible for development and growth of revenue across existing Lifestyle & Homes licensees and for supporting the Chief Brand Officer (Lifestyle) and Category Client Directors when pitching for new opportunities. You will be required to collaborate with the International Division when opportunities to grow licensees into international brands arises.

You must be highly organised, have the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure whilst maintaining the highest level of accuracy in work standards. You must be great at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Advanced PowerPoint & Excel.
Must have the ability to collaborate and communicate with multiple divisions within Hearst and externally with multiple contractors and suppliers.
Proven ability to manage business relationships at a senior level.  
Have a good understanding of and passion for the lifestyle brands.
