The impact you’ll have
 

iCrossing is looking for an experienced and dynamic, digital client business & marketing strategist to join our team. You will lead collaborating with our teams to leverage digital media, creative, technology, and analytics to achieve our clients' business growth goals and expand the agency’s offerings and capabilities on a global automotive brand. You will identify needs and new opportunities and aspire to increase brand awareness and business performance. If you are a business minded, digitally-savvy professional who has innovative ideas to improve customer experience, and business impact, we would like to meet you. For this position, you should be creative and comfortable working with a team. Ultimately, you should be able to effectively connect our client’s brand with their customers, to drive business results.

 
What you’ll do
 
  • You will consult with agency teams, clients, and partners to understand and define the broader business context and their implications on marketing solutions
  • You will interpret business and marketing performance data to inform strategies and recommend optimizations to in-flight marketing programs
  • You will be leading the development and execution of strategic frameworks; encompassing customer lifetime journey, user experience, business performance, data needs, and technology requirements in an integrated fashion
  • You will use your leadership and collaboration skills to reach alignment across teams to deliver on a clearly differentiated strategic roadmap that delivers both short-term and long-term vision
  • You will research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities to deliver on business growth
  • You will know how to effectively access to our portfolio of tools and partners to inform strategic insights; including working with solutions such as SimmonsOne, GWi, Hitwise, Brandwatch, ValidatelyeMarketer, Mintel, Forrester, Suzy and partners such as Facebook, Google, and Pinterest.
  • You will build strong client and partner relationships
  • By Keeping up-to-date with our clients' preferences and understanding their business environment, you will be able to proactively suggest new engagements
  • You will always be liaising with Account, Creative, Technology, Media and Analytics teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency for our clients and to contribute to the health and success of the account
  • You will know how to deliver on solutions that leverage iCrossing's position as an agency led by Technology and driven by Data
  • You will work with other leaders and team members to create an internal culture of strong digital marketing behavior and continuous improvement
  • You will demonstrate your forward-thinking leadership with existing clients and in new business pitches
 
Who you are
 
  • You have 10+ years of experience building and executing successful strategies within marketing agency, consulting and /or brand environments
  • You have a deep understanding of integrated strategic roadmaps that align internal competencies towards client's business performance KPIs leveraging Media, Content, and Creativity
  • You have a proven track record of developing, communicating, executing, and maintaining Strategy frameworks that translate to measurable growth results and superior client experience
  • You have complex reasoning capabilities and ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and implement solutions
  • You are known for your outstanding oral and written communication skills in successful client presentations
  • You have had multiple successes in a fast-paced environment due to your strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and effective negotiation skills
  • You have a proven track record of winning new business pitches leveraging well developed strategic visions and measurable tactical roadmaps
