First Databank (FDB) is seeking an Accounts Receivables Specialist in the Accounting and Finance Department. A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate all essential functions effectively.

Position will be based out of Indiana,Indianapolis office.

This position is primarily responsible for support in the following areas:

  • Generate customer invoices
  • Submit electronic billing through customer portals
  • Initiate Debit & Credit Memos
  • Research and resolve customer payment discrepancies
  • Follow-up with customer regarding past due quarterly surveys
  • Investigate and respond to customers’ billing inquiries
  • Maintain customer contact information
  • Provide support for various ad-hoc projects

Required Experience:

  • Associate degree in Accounting or related experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in accounts receivable billing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience using CRM and Accounts Receivable systems
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
