Employee Testimonials

I was given the opportunity to hone my skills with a fully-paid SEED (Software Engineering Education Development) program that helped me learn technical languages I was interested in. In terms of enhancing your skills and providing opportunities to grow your career, FDB is a great place to work.

My 15 years of experience at FDB has shown me how very dedicated we are in creating a teamwork-oriented environment. Team members expect and rely on everyone to contribute their views to our work so that we can deliver the most successful product at release to our customers. How humbling is that? That’s the best part of FDB – the friendships and trust that you create here.
