The Web and Digital Marketing Manager will be a key member in growing and optimizing our website properties and digital presence to drive business demand. You will be responsible for developing the strategy and execution for all aspects of the organization’s global websites (US, Canada, UK, Middle East) and digital marketing initiatives. Manage, maintain, and optimize our web presence for SEO/SEM, landing pages, and interactive content. Support digital marketing campaigns through digital advertising, e-mail, and social media.

 

The ideal candidate will possess strong digital marketing and technical knowledge with strong analytics skills to effectively make data-driven decisions. Have a deep understanding of the current digital marketing environment and future trends, strong attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and an ability to perform successfully under tight deadlines.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 
Website Properties
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of company website properties to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Provide direction for global interactive web roadmap and strategy for FDB.
  • Create and implement an SEO strategy to drive business demand generation.
  • Ensure business requirements related to website development are implemented appropriately, working within the Marketing team, cross-functionally within the company, and external vendors/agencies.
  • Serve as project lead for development and implementation of new website properties and functionality with Content Management System (e.g., Sitecore).
  • Manage and monitor paid search marketing campaigns (responsible for ad placement, optimize ads, lead generation).
  • Develop and execute conversion strategies, including A/B testing, to increase the performance of the website and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Measure, optimize, and attribute using KPIs with tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track site traffic and performance. Produce dashboards and reports to communicate findings and recommend suggestions for improvement.
 
  • Develop a strategic plan and direction for the company’s digital marketing efforts.
  • Lead the development and creation of a unified company’s web presence by working cross-functionally.
  • Apply new technology, media, interactive research, and emerging standards related to digital marketing and digital media.
  • Oversee and support website integration with associated marketing and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce.com, Eloqua, ion interactive, and Terminus). 
  • Analyze and optimize interactive marketing programs and continually optimize to improve ROI
  • Coordinate creative executions across the Marketing department to assure brand and product message consistency.
  • Effectively work with and manage vendors/agency relationships to execute web presence objectives.
  • Present recommendations for new technologies and initiatives that support business goals.
  • Supervise projects assigned to the digital marketing coordinator
  • Effectively work with and manage (where appropriate) outside vendors (e.g. website maintenance, content management system, third party vendors such as for search functionality) and search partners to execute multi-channel web marketing strategies.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA a plus
  • 5+ years’ website management experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM), e.g., Google AdWords
  • 3+ years’ experience with B2B digital marketing role
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools - Experience working with CMS systems (Sitecore a plus); website analytics and tag management (Google Analytics a plus); marketing campaign platforms (Eloqua and ABM tools a plus); and interfacing with CRM (Salesforce.com a plus).
  • Experience working with keyword tools (e.g., Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate performance testing for web content and user conversion
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, web best practices, and a basic understanding of Javascript
  • Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively as part of a cross-departmental team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), project management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with the healthcare marketplace a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Graphic design knowledge a plus.
