Hearst Autos is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join the team. The Sales Enablement Manager runs point for and project manages sales needs. The role coordinates across the organization for RFQ’s, Presentations, Kick Offs and other sales events requiring collaboration. This person is the liaison between sales and internal groups (for OEM and Direct). This includes our Enterprise sales team, dealer support, Hearst Newspaper and TV teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES


Represents sales needs to marketing

-One-Sheet content

-OEM Enrollment Page Content

-Email Marketing projects

-Presentations


Sales Enablement for Direct, OEM-Enterprise, Support, Hearst Newspaper and TV

-Collateral

-Packaging


RFQ’s

-Own RFQ process and documentation

-Liaison between sales and internal groups (both OEM and Direct)

-Reviews for continuity and accuracy

-Compiles responses to RFQ and follow-up requests


OEM Tier 3 Programs

-Review and interpret OEM Tier 3 program rules

-Compile for team use

-Ongoing resource for sales, marketing, reporting and support teams

-Works with OEM program leadership on process and discrepancies

-Monitors Enrollment Sites to identify opportunities for product promotion


Recommend Process, Reporting and Tracking for Projects

-Represent department for Salesforce projects

-Compile Reporting


Collaborate with Sales and Support Teams

-Sales and Product Training

-Inform about new or changing programs

-Identify reporting and tracking needs

-Enterprise Outreach Initiative Coordination

 

QUALIFICATIONS


-Bachelor’s Degree or HS Diploma with equivalent working experience is requireD

-3+ years of progressive business, general management, sales support and operations

-Automotive and/or software experience or equivalent experience and work in a like environment with related activities required

-Demonstrated advanced communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) required

-Proven experience presenting to and collaborating with with all levels of employees with a focus on sales and support teams and senior leadership.

-Previous experience communicating to and inspiring a group around the next generation of user experience and product offerings

-Proven ability to implement, execute, multi-task and meet aggressive deadlines

-Ability to travel as needed
