Jumpstart Automotive Media is seeking a smart, motivated, results-driven individual to join our Performance Analytics group.  This individual must be a serious Excel wizard with Visual Basic skills.

Revenue Operations manages campaign forecasting, yield management, account management, delivery, and optimization across multiple platforms and screens to maximize ROI.  Jumpstart is developing new products, new partnerships, and new opportunities every day.  We’re also building in-house tools and solutions every day… and the Performance Analyst will be a key contributor to accomplishing our goals more efficiently and effectively. 


  • Create complex excel templates for meeting business logic needs 
  • Create/maintain macros to generate reports
  • Maintain clean data sets and optimization dashboards for various teams
  • Create better solutions for operational efficiency, and client performance
  • Dive into additional data, performance reporting, research-driven projects, campaign troubleshooting and miscellaneous tasks as needed
  • Apply creative problem-solving skills in individual and group projects
  • Maintain a proactive attitude towards learning


  • Demonstrated skill creating/managing complex Excel templates
  • Comfortable with Visual Basic
  • Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or Math
  • Internet-savvy and have a strong interest in online media and advertising
  • Detail-oriented and creative enough to solve problems within deadlines
  • A team player but are just as productive and proactive on your own
  • Thrive in a social environment and are looking for a learning opportunity in an entrepreneurial, fun, and fast-paced culture
  • Bonus points for SQL skills
