Revenue Operations is the backbone of our company, and as a key contributor, you will work closely with your team to ensure delivery of digital ad campaigns which maximize return on investment for our clients. You must be a fast learner, proactive, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities: 
• Track ad campaign inventory to ensure accurate forecasting for sales proposals
• Effectively analyze, optimize, traffic and manage ad campaigns for full delivery as well as high performance in delivery
• Support Sales and Publisher teams to ensure client goals are met
• Maintain clean data sets and optimization dashboards for ad campaigns
• Dive into additional data, performance reporting, research-driven projects, campaign troubleshooting and miscellaneous tasks as needed
• Be proactive, resourceful and creative in troubleshooting errors or discrepancies
• Maintain a positive attitude towards learning 

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Demonstrated success in teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in individual and group settings
• Excel experience preferred
• Detail-oriented
• Quick learner
• Highly organized
• Strong sense of urgency
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Knowledge of online ad serving and ad server knowledge a plus
