-Work with the sales and account management teams during initial stages of campaign creation, forecasting inventory availability and capacity to ensure accurate projections for all sales proposals

-Support of all internal teams, as needed, as related to inventory, forecasting, and campaign delivery projections

-Ad hoc projects as needed


-Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

-Strong sense of urgency 

-Experience with Excel

-Ability to solve problems creatively

-Maintain a proactive attitude towards learning 

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Quick learner

-Detail oriented

-Highly organized

-Bachelor’s degree
